**What you'll do**:
- Manage all operational activities from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education
- Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
- Monitor driver operations support activities on making callouts, sticker installation, and distributing driver attributes
- In charge of offline presence inventory management (stock availability, sticker & Lalabag procurement, weekly stock inventory)
- Help & Support Large 4W driver acquisitions in the surrounding Office
- Working closely with Senior Sticker Operations Associate and Lead Generation team
- Collaborate with driver quality team to ensure drivers get updated material about our latest SOP
**What you'll need**:
- Graduate from a reputable university majoring in operations management
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the operations department
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
- ** Willing to be placed in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Full WFO)**
