The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Track and maintain driver supply availability for the overall ShopeeFood business area.
- Track and maintain driver supply quality for the overall ShopeeFood business area.
- Work on ad-hoc operation projects and assignments with the most efficient execution.
- Review and analyze driver related metrics on a daily basis.
- Report business progress with quantitative data regularly.
- Monitor and improve product functionality related to driver recruitment and KYC process.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from any major.
- More than 2 years of work experience either in management consulting, logistics, Internet or e-commerce, retail or FMCG and has passion in the food delivery industry.
- Strong data analytic skill and advance in Microsoft Excel.
(Macro, SQL, data viewer will be plus points).
- Have structured thinking to solve problems.
- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Driven, motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn.
