- To manage the CER daily operations in the most effective and efficient manner.
- To ensure that all CER Operations staff work in accordance with procedures.
- To monitor the daily scheduling activities and auditor (including sub contractor) assignment.
- To monitor that scheduling tools are updated and well maintained
- To monitor weekly invoicing.
- To monitor and approve purchase orders regarding travel, hotel accommodation.
- To prepare and monitor yearly operational budget in cooperation with Certification Manager.
- To monitor periodic reports, including but not limited to:
- Auditor utilization
- Production report/Tracking Tools, Monthly Plan, ect
- Order book and forecast
- Outstanding and overdue surveillance visits
- Cancelled audit schedule
- To monitor and ensure all invoices issued for CER activities are in line with contract.
- To monitor account receivables of CER clients and maintain collection management.
- Responsible for complying with all Bureau Veritas rules and policies (Ethic, Health, Safety, and Environment) as well as local regulation and Laws
- To undertake any other activities and reasonable job (within her/his competency),

Job requirements for Operations Manager
- Min S1 or equivalent in Management, Accounting or Science related discipline
- Have experience in Operations Business Certification for at least 5 years
- Has experience/has been a Lead Auditor for one of the ISO schemes.
- Good communication skills with stakeholders.
- Have strong leadership and maturity for the team.
- Problem solver and good initiative.
- 5+ years of professional experience in forestry, natural resource management, or related field
- Fluency in English with work experience that involves professional and technical written communication in English
- Initiative, good judgment, ability to work independently, and responsive/adaptive personality
- Proficient with business software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Information Communication Technology tools
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
