Operations Manager

PT. Multi Karya Logistics is a trucking company professionally operated in several areas: Banten, West Java, Lampung, and South Sumatra. We are currently hiring for Operations Manager position.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Have **+5 years **of experience in leading a team
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Experience in supervising and being responsible for the performance of each division within the company
- Experience in maintaining good relations with external parties of the company, especially B2B clients
- Experience in assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to optimize profitability
- Relevant experience in the logistics or transportation industry is considered as an advantage
- Willing to be placed in any office location**:Tangerang **or **Subang**
