\n Requirements :Statistic or Supply Chain3 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the supply chain industry or consulting companyProven success in working within dynamic and complex environmentsA data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable Insights.Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsBasic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau/Datastudio/PowerBI etc is a plus ResponsibilitiesConduct data analysis focusing on operations metrics to perform a gap analysis of oversla parcel.Create a transparent and meaningful data dashboard for Ops stakeholders.Simulate data to establish a new speed standard for business purposes.Create strategic improvement projects to reduce lead time.Collaborate with various ops and non-ops departments regarding the status quo of operations metrics.Ensure that the targeted shipper profile achieves the target lead time.
