Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assembly and packaging operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality product that meet production deadlines and customer specifications.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate team, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operations procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Schedule and assign operations tasks to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Conduct regular inspections of assembly and packaging lines, identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime.
- Analyze operations processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Implement Lean principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
- Manage inventory levels of materials, ensuring adequate stock to meet production needs while minimizing waste.
- Track key performance indicators for the assigned areas.
- Prepare reports on areas performance and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality control departments to ensure seamless product flow and consistent quality.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety training and investigating accidents.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree from Engineering Major
- Have experience in manufacture environment (min 5 years) with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
