Efficiently and promptly attend to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

Methodically analyze, assess, and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, employing problem-solving skills and empathy.

Proactively foster and nurture positive relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction through personalized interactions and attentive service.
Minimum education of D3 required

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability

Prior experience in Online Customer Service

Availability for afternoon shifts (15:00-22:00)

Willingness to work in the Jogja office for 3 days

Able to start as soon as possible
