About the team
The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. We are committed to innovation in continuous systematization and process optimization to achieve our full potential and we endeavour to provide a positive end-to-end employee experience in salary and benefit processing.
1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting;
2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy;
3. Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes;
4. Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits;
5. Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc;
6. Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of payroll and tax knowledge in Indonesia;
2. Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll administration and calculation skills;
3. Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities;
4. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 3 years experience with in-house payroll operations experience;
2. Experience in manual payroll calculations using Excel;
3. Highly proficient in computer software and excellent communication skills.
