We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Project Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Consulting and its' growth. Key responsibilities: Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently. Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information. Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and reporting. Resolving payroll discrepancy Key requirements: Minimum 1-3 years' work experiences as Payroll Specialist or consultant. Bachelor's Degree in any fields. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Good command in English, both spoken and written. Excellent knowledge in excel and word. Good communication, analytical thinking, and good interpersonal skills. He/she must also be a very patient and detail person as the job would involve customer's service. Knowledge in payroll and tax will be a plus point. Willing to learn and fast learning.
