Coordinate with users to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Manage interview (HR & User Interview)
- Anticipate future employment needs
- Administrative task related to recruitment (e.g.
create LingoTalk profile, input information to database)

**Requirements**:

- A fresh graduate (preferably majoring in Psychology or Human Resource Management)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office 365
- Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing - onboarding)
- Detail-oriented is a MUST
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent communication capability in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From Rp100 per month
