About the Role

This role plays a pivotal role in handling and optimizing HRIS and in leveraging-data driven insights to improve HR strategies and decision-making process! The main responsibility will be to analyze HR and/or employee data, generate meaningful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards, providing real-time insights into workforce analysis.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Center of Excellence, and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, integrate HR analytics, and deliver custom analytics solutions into broader business strategies.
- Use statistical techniques to analyze employee data, including but not limited to turnover rates, retention, and workforce demographics.
- Coordinate and maintain the HRIS (i.e., Workday), including system configuration, data management governance, and user support.
- See opportunities for system improvements and automation to streamline HR processes as well as to increase adoption and usability.
- Stay informed about industry standard processes and emerging trends in HR analytics and HR technology to continuously improve processes.
- Assess dan find opportunities for continuous improvements based on analysis of current processes and practices to improve new joiner onboarding score and New Joiner Voluntary Turnover, and coordinate with other functions to implement changes.
