People And Culture Officer

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who share our values. Joining our People and Culture team will give you the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a talented group of individuals.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention;
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment that supports the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees;
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and relationship-building;
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and assist in implementing necessary adjustments;
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions. Additionally, assist in managing employee separations, including exit interviews, etc;
- Maintain accurate employee records and update People and Culture databases accordingly;
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison with external parties, such as recruitment agencies, universities, training providers, and employee assistance programs;
- Coordinate and administer internship programs as assigned;
- Provide support for People and Culture team initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
- Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- A people person with demonstrated excellent organizational abilities.
