**Key Responsibility**:

- Structuring training needs analysis.
- Create and execute internal development program.
- Improving the centralized learning center.
- Act as facilitator and support learning delivery (attendance, notes, presentation, and internal promotion material)
- Support post-performance review action in Mekari
- Support probation process for new joiner (do checkpoints scheduling & interview)
- Maintain post-development program evaluation

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduated/maximum 1 year experience
- Preferably possess backgrounds in psychology, communication/PR, or management
- Team player, responsible initiative taker, and problem solver
- Having a good time and project management is a must
- Self-confident, creative, and innovative
- Having basic level proficiency in using spreadsheets (Vlookup, IFs, Pivot)

**Working arrangement**:Hybrid**
