The role
- Support new joiners' onboarding and offboarding process, including collating staff movement announcements, planning and executing teams orientation and other engagement programs.
- Facilitate setup of Employee Engagement activities, including but not limited to Company and Country Town Halls, games etc
- Support office operations
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Who we look for - the ideal profile
- Able to commit to a 4 months internship period. Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience
- Highly motivated, nimble and takes initiative to take up new challenges
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Passion to create an inclusive, high performance and fun work culture
- Can do mindset
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Must be degree qualified, preferably with a specialisation in Human Resources or Social Sciences etc
- Knowledge of employment law
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an advantage
