**What You'll Do**

We are currently seeking a **Performance Marketing Manager**.
As the Performance Marketing Manager, your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns.
(SEM)
- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
(Social media advertising)
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets

**What you need to have**
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Self-driven
- Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent
