Performance Marketing Intern

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok platforms
- Manage and optimise daily performance campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute engaging ad creatives and budget plan
- Analyse and report campaign performance metrics, identifying new growth and revenue generation opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with platform-specific best practices in Indonesia, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok ecosystems to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
**Requirements**:

- College student min in 5th semester.
Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Passionate in digital marketing & e-commerce (marketplace, social media, and paid ads)
- Experience in performance marketing are preferable
- Systematical thinking & problem solving
- Data analytical

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Trial period contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to Rp200,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
