**The role**
As Jr. Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to onboard and oversee clients' digital marketing strategies. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships with both internal and external stake holders and become a go-to person in digital marketing strategy, media planning, and optimization. In your role you will be expected to provide holistic advice to clients on our digital marketing strategies based on their objectives and ambition. Success in this position require having broad knowledge in marketing such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Ecommerce Ads. Also understanding how platform like Tokopedia, Lazada and Shopee works is vital to your role.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns based on campaign objectives.
- Run performance-based advertising to increase brand awareness, promote products campaigns or services, and to drive prospects to conversions
- Analyze, strategize, operate, manage, and report performance marketing channels for clients (inc. Ecommerce Ads)
- Work closely with Brand Managers to synergize ads & store campaigns
- Manage revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real time targeting recommendations
- Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth
- Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with clients, advising them on optimization potential
- Communicate directly with client for regular proposal, planning, and strategizing.
**Who We Look For - The Ideal Profile**
- Background in Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Performance Marketer from ecommerce/ enablers/ marketing agencies are welcome to apply
- Min. 1 year work experience
- Have a strong logic, analytical skills, comfortable with numbers, and experienced in using excels/ Google sheets
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Extensive knowledge of Ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Ecommerce Ads, etc.)
- Professional level of written and verbal English skills
- Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics
