Performance Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok platforms, leveraging your expertise to maximise campaign performance
- Manage and optimise daily performance campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, audience targeting, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute engaging ad creatives and budget plan
- Analyse and report campaign performance metrics, identifying new growth and revenue generation opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with platform-specific best practices in Indonesia, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance
- Develop a deep understanding of the Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok ecosystems to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support e-commerce sales strategies on Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least two years of performance marketing experience, specifically on Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok platforms
- Proven track record of managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and revenue generation
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rp450,000,000 - Rp600,000,000 per month
