**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the Indonesian market.
Create engaging and culturally relevant content in Bahasa Indonesia and English for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
Manage and maintain the Company's social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to inquiries, and moderating comments.
Monitor social media trends and industry developments in Indonesia to identify opportunities for engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and promote events, promo, and campaigns to our customers.
Create and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail sector.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Creativity and the ability to create engaging content.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
