**What you'll be doing**
- Media Planning Strategy & Performance Optimization.
- Monitor the advertisement effectiveness and generate learnings for media planning, accountable for digital reach & conversion optimization.
- Maximize Return on Advertising Spending (ROAS) across paid digital channels and develop ongoing reports to measure and performance media ROI.
- Brief in-house designer to carry out AB testing on content to drive traffic, engagement & conversion.
- Daily advertisement channels optimization
- Weekly report and insight
- Website Management
- Identify site Optimization Define opportunities on site (structure) and content to drive SEO and conversion from site.
- Landing page optimization
- CMS Updating Site with new content.
- SEM optimization by leveraging the most effective and efficient search keywords that will optimize our traffic to website.
- Plan, execute & analyze social media platform.
- Responsible for social media content management: content development, content posting, respond to any queries and comments in social media.
**What you bring to EMURGO**
- 4+ years of working experience in media/performance marketing.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and social media (in agency or startup is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with running marketing campaigns and using digital platforms and campaign management tools (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads etc.)
to optimize our performance marketing.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, UX, A/B test, with the knowhow to derive consumer insights.
- Understanding on site pixel installation, website tagging and retargeting methods for social media and brand sites is a plus.
- Experienced in WordPress and optimizing landing pages.
- Works well with deadlines, under pressure and handles interruptions / ad-hoc requests well; sound project management and coordination skills, agile to changes and willing to take challenges.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in matrix background and pull resources / support from multi-functional team.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems by combine excellent analytical skills with a hands-on entrepreneurial "do-er" mentality.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural global team.
- Strong communication skills - able to convey complex ideas, create alignments, and manage difficult conversations.
