**Job Description Summary**: In this internship you will be assigned to enable our customers PGTH (power grounding temperature and humidity) and connectivity infrastructure transformation; which are the critical parameters to define gehealthcare and customer's equipment reliability operations.
You will participate in defining the process to setup PGTH and connectivity infrastructure or tools in customer -> You can learn designing LEAN & practical processes and collaborating with multifunction team in GE internally & with customer externally
You will participate in data analysis and troubleshooting as well as action planning for customer improvement-> You will learn to work with big data, turning data into insight & action, and learn how to influence and convince customer to co-action plan for equipment reliability improvements

**Responsibilities**
- Setup and execute wing to wing process for PGTH monitoring device implementation from order to installation and configuration
- ?Monitor PGTH monitoring device health (hardware & connectivity)
- ?Manage online data dashboard access and customized notification for customers
- ?Analyse, generate regular monitoring data reporting and propose solution to drive PGTH improvement co-action plan with our Tier 1, tier 2 and outlier customer
- ?rive productivity & equipment reliability through PGTH improvements in customers
- ?Work with our 3rd party vendor and customer to improve connectivity rate across all of our customers nation wide
**Qualifications and experience**
- Last year student or newly graduated student, preferably Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Eager and quick learner.
- Strong analytical skill
- Persistent mindset is essential, not afraid to fail and learn from it.
- Proactive attitude to find your ways with complex tasks.
- Excellent communication skill;
- Understands basic power system operation & internet connectivity
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
**Desirable skills**
- Interest in Health Technology and Healthcare
- Have technical practical skill working with hardware/ electrical components
- Experience to lead organization & work with external parties
