Planning Engineer

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Construction Japanese company in finding great talent as a Planning Engineer with the requirement as follows:
Working location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

- Develop technical solutions and strategies in project management, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Plan and organize work for a construction project
- Assisting the project architect with developing plans for a new project.
- Preparing cost estimates for project services.
- Assisting with contract documents.
- Developing construction planning schedules for projects.

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 Years' experience (Less experience could be accepted if totally match the skill set required).
- Min. Bachelor of Civil Engineering or D3 Civil Engineering.
- Fluently in English.
- Understanding construction planning (Construction Sequence, Lifting Plan, Casting Plan, etc).
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
- Understanding basic quantity take off works.
- Able to negotiate with vendors and sub-contractors to secure the best prices.
