- Supervise the day-to-day management of the bank, overseeing financial performance, credit quality, business development, operations, human resources, and regulatory issues at both branch and consolidated bank levels.
- Report activities in these areas, with a focus on return on investment and risk, to the board of directors.
- Define and establish current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies.
- Provide leadership in shaping the bank's culture and achieving strategic goals.
- Execute all responsibilities in accordance with the bank's policies and consistently in the best interests of customers, stockholders, employees, and the public.
