We cater to the warung and MSME in Indonesia under the brand Fazz Agen, and fast-growing startups and SMEs in Singapore and Indonesia under the brand Fazz Business.Fazz's mission is to make the future of finances accessible for every single business in Southeast Asia, where many MSMEs and the population are still underserved.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market conditions.- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, customer segments, and competitor pricing strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather insights and develop pricing models that optimize profitability.- Monitor and analyze pricing performance metrics, such as pricing elasticity, customer acquisition cost, and price realization, to identify areas for improvement.- Develop and maintain pricing databases and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information for internal stakeholders.- Collaborate with Partnership team to do price negotiations with key vendors to secure favorable pricing terms and maintain competitive advantage.- Collaborate with Product Development teams to determine pricing strategies for new products and services, ensuring alignment with market demand and competitive positioning.- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics that may impact pricing strategies, and proactively make recommendations to senior management.- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on pricing performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.- Train and mentor junior pricing team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their pricing analytical skills.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience in pricing management, preferably in the payment point industry or a related field.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and other pricing analysis tools.- In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive favorable pricing outcomes.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify pricing optimization opportunities.- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
