As a **_Principal Sales Representative_** in **_Indonesia_**, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for a designated product or service line. You will play a **_key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing guidance to the sales team_**. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for the assigned product or service line.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts to focus sales efforts on, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Lead by example in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals, while providing guidance and support to the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly to optimize sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and market competitiveness.
- Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales opportunities and secure long-term partnerships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to anticipate market changes and position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Team Leadership and Development:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear expectations, goals, and targets.
- Coach and mentor team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback for individual and team growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales activities.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance in a similar role, with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the same industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and processes, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian languages.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
