Procurement Coordinator

In order to support the **Logistics department** in Kumanovo, we are looking for Procurement Coordinator who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

**Tasks**:

- Ensures flow of distribution and quality with effective use of the material and according planning and quality criteria of production characteristics. Makes priorities according certain time and goals
- Monitor cost development/assure compliance with predetermined budgets/overheads/BDE time determinations and characteristics; implement corrective actions as needed
- Controls incoming goods (on time delivery and quantity), controls material inventory list
- Manage emergency freight
- Act as a contact between suppliers, production locations, customers
- Organise return deliveries to the supplier and handle excess stock,Take preventive measures for falty parts in coordination with Quality department

**Profile**:

- Secondary education
- Preferable 1 year experience in automotive industry or production
- Good knowledge of English and / or German language
- Excellent command of MS Office Package
- Team worker with willingness to learn
