Procurement Import Staff

Requirement:- Male/ Female (Max. 28 years old)- Min. Diploma degree or Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Management, Economic, Management, English Literature.- 1-2 years work experience in procurement export and import- Understand the processes and documents needed in export and import activities- Proficient in English is must (listening, writing, speaking)- Proficient in operating Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)- Good teamwork, communicate and negotiate**Responsibilities**:- Process the purchase of imported goods from suppliers until the goods arrive- Communicate and coordinate with overseas vendors- Mastering and understanding the customs clearance process for import seafreight and airfreight- Checking the completeness of import documents- Prepare payment invoice documentsJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuPengalaman:- procurement/staff import: 1 tahun (Diutamakan)Bahasa:- inggris (Diwajibkan)
