Procurement Lead

Build relationship with internal stakeholders (gather and/or understand the requirements of their procurement needs; facilitate communication between business units, internal stakeholders, and suppliers)

Evaluate existing sources for applicable capabilities, quality systems, management and financial stability, cost competitiveness and responsiveness.

Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.

Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Establish and maintain reliable sources of supply to ensure timely procurement of all assigned goods, materials, and services.

Manage the entire lifecycle of sourcing and procurement projects from planning amd bid preparation to budgeting/forecasting, general delivery specs, negotiating, contracting, invoicing and reporting

Preparing procurement reports
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/BA or any related field

4+ years of relevant professional experience or have demonstrated knowledge, skill and ability to perform the task

Understanding of procurement best practices, such as Negotiation, Industry and Market Analysis, Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Experience using supply chain management software and tools such as Odoo ERP

Familiar with standard concepts and commonly used direct purchasing policies, processes and procedures.
