Procurement Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily procurement and operational activities for the designated section.
- Oversee and monitor team performance, aligning goals with department Key Performance Parameters (KPP).
- Foster effective communication with internal, external, and local/regional stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Analyze, monitor, and manage material cost drivers, key input costs, index movements, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide professional support to the team, including coaching, goal-setting, skill development evaluation, and talent development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, demonstrating successful leadership in managing multiple companies or business units.
- Min Bachelor's degree any major
- **Having min 10 years' experience working as Procurement in Palm Oil Industry (Its Must)**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze material cost drivers, market trends, and key input costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
