Procurement Manager - Ld&T And Sg&A (Indonesia)

Overview:
The role is tasked to develop and lead Procurement activity for LD&T (Logistics, Distribution & Transportation) and SG&A (Sales General & Admin) category across all category pillars, drives significant accountability with total spend ~15MM as the business grows.

The role of being an Independent sole resource to sourcing and managing SG&A category with a significant increase of spend coverage across services and facilities and job complexities in collaboration with multidisciplinary function.

The scope of this role will manage spend across Logistics, Distribution and Transportation, Sell (POSM, Marketing event etc.) and Business services etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaged with stakeholders, work together with suers and cross function team for logistics and warehouse related projects, clearly define purpose, execute the project timely and ensure the result meet expectation
- Lead and define the logistics & Warehouse category Strategy (long term & short term) execution, and category management in Indonesia. Ensure the regional/sector strategies are aligned
- Develop the market intel on supply base monitor the key events to prepare BCP
- Focus on the total spend and the entire supply chain cost to achieve the best cost structure
- Identify and realize productivity opportunities
- Source and develop vendor base for Sell and Business Services and Facilities i.e. POSM, Marketing events, HR services, Professional services, IT and IFM etc.
- Lift and shift "best in class" procurement practices in collaboration with cross functional teams to drive sourcing activities
- Category spend analysis to identify White Space opportunities and craft penetration strategy.
- Lead and manage PTP process following GP and control policy
- Deliver ~7% YOY productivity of managed spends and OCF improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- 5 years experiences in Procurement of Logistics, Distribution, Transportation etc.
- Good command of English and Bahasa and sound computer skills
- Sourcing skills, knowledge in various Indirect category
- Knowledge in ERP (myBUY / E-auction), total cost ownership (TCO) and procurement to payment (PTP) process
- Negotiation skills and e-sourcing capability
- Ability to work under ambiguity and excellent interpersonal skills.
