**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- This is a full-time on site role for the Oil Procurement Manager. The Oil Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process of Oleochemical products from various sources, developing and executing strategies for sourcing and procuring crude oil, managing relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts, ensure timely delivery of products to meet business needs, ensuring a steady and efficient supply of oil to meet the company's production needs and monitoring market trends.
- **Responsibilities**:

- 1. Supplier Relationship Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of oils for oleochemical production. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a stable and efficient supply chain. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvements as necessary.
- 2. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability. Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. Monitor and enforce contract terms, addressing any deviations or issues promptly.
- 3. Market Analysis and Risk Management: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and factors affecting the availability of oils in the global market. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions. Implement risk management protocols to safeguard against fluctuations in oil prices and availability.
- 4. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure a seamless integration of the procurement process with overall operations. Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- 5. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings in the procurement process without compromising quality or reliability. Implement cost reduction strategies and monitor their effectiveness over time.
- 6. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing procurement activities. Uphold ethical standards in all procurement activities, promoting transparency and fair business practices
- **Skills and Key Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Economics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics preferably in Oleochemical Industry or Plantation.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and develop supplier relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- In-depth knowledge of the oil industry, market dynamics, and pricing
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written
