Procurement Specialist

Job Description

1. Publicize and assist procurement policies, processes, management regulations, and cases.

2. Organization of meetings and training. (Reserve meeting rooms, sort out meeting minutes, track key tasks, and track tasks of each team, etc.);
3. Document management (Mailing and archiving of general agreements and external letters, and standardization check according to determined rules, etc.);
4. Perform operations in the system, track and promote the implementation of supplier performance, check the standardization of evaluation, publicize the results, and track the supplier performance improvement plan.

5. In terms of portfolio management, push suppliers to provide feedback and collect data based on the information collection template provided by the CEG buyer.

**6. Task tracking**: Assist the PPM in tracking subcontractor resource issues, monitoring PTP and 5+1 issues, and monitoring abnormal data.

7. Other documentation and database work

Requirement

1. Minimum education Bachelor's Degree

2. Able to operate MS Office well

3. Good Written and Verbal Communication in English

4. Good positive work attitude, team work, result oriented, detail-oriented, focused, able to undertake stress

**5. Have required skill**: Analytical, Statistical, documentary, etc.
