**Fluent in Mandarin** (speaking and writing) is a **Must**, to effectively communicate with our Chinese users.
- Have experience min. 2 years
- Being able to communicate in English
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any lecture
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience is preferred
- Identifying potential suppliers, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts for goods and services needed by the organization
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Creating and processing purchase orders, tracking orders, and resolving any issues related to procurement transactions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings,
