About the Product Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will play a key role in the company’s commercial operations and continued development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product team covering product road map planning, regulatory and training to deliver product plans and road maps in accordance with the five-year plan and company strategic direction
Act as a key business partner to the Indonesia sales and marketing communities, to jointly develop product plans and product develop to capture market trends and opportunities as part of providing solutions and value to distributors in Indonesia
Work closely with product marketing to develop product key messaging, compelling selling story and channel value propositions for Indonesia, which are aligned to our company’s strategy
Be part of the company's ingenious brand values, continuous monitoring trends to propose new breakthrough ideas
Justify and prioritise the ad hoc product requests from the sales and marketing team
Make sure the products are compliant to the global and local regulations
Keep the consistency of the brand image of products with the adequate product labels and packages
Collaborate with the global product management team to harmonise the Indonesia product strategy with the global product plan

To succeed in this Product Manager role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of lubricants market.
Key Requirements:
At least six years' experience in product management
Degree in any major, MBA is an advantage
B2B to FMCG experience is a plus
Experience in industrial lubricants product management is a plus
Teamwork-oriented
Proactive, self-starter
Fluency in English (writing/reading and speaking)
