**Responsibilities**:
- Create product marketing value proposition and messaging based on insights and data.
- Work with marketing channels, product, and business teams on a wide spectrum of projects that will overall the company's growth.
- Manage end-to-end marketing planning, execution, evaluation, and any growth-related initiatives.
- Responsible for campaign prioritisation and orchestration for the overall company's product.
- Responsible for budget planning and budget absorption.
- Manage go-to-market plan and execution for new features and products.
- Measure product and marketing success to recommend iterations and improvements needed to gain better market adoption.
- Responsible for running market research to identify customer successes and pain points, using these as opportunities to improve our growth metrics or to propose a new product.
- Act as the voice of the customer on internal company processes such as but not limited to product development.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience as product marketer within start up companies
- Possess technical skills in product marketing, marketing strategy, product strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases, and setting targets.
- Possess a solid communication skills in both English and Bahasa ( written and verbal)
- Possess the ability to break down complex problems, and high attention to detail.
