**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into clear product goals and features.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in finance and accounting software.
- Provide clear and detailed product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in finance and accounting software to ensure the Neurovi Medical System remains competitive and innovative.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on finance and accounting software development.
- Familiarity with software accounting systems such as Jurnal.id, Zahir, Odoo, MYOB, etc.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
**Note**: This position requires full on-site work in Yogyakarta.
**Salary**: Rp3,700,000 - Rp4,700,000 per month
