Product Owner

Optimize internal business process- Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal- Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items- Ordering Product Backlog items- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood. -Define the product strategy and roadmap -Deliver MRDs (Market Requirements Document) and PRDs (Product Requirement Document) with prioritized features and corresponding justification- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities- Perform presales presentation and product demos to clients- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples- Finding ways to improve or develop the product by conducting market analysis or other research- Collect and analyze market data as well as competition with the aim of generating product ideas that can match or even surpass the market.- Monitor product performance.- Propose an overall budget to ensure success -Brief and train the operational team as needed**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager- Minimum 2 years of experience in a job in the software and IOT- English speaking is preferred, Mandarin speaking is a plus- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Technical background- Excellent teamwork skills- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- three: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
