- Your Responsibilities:
- visit clinics, universities and dentists, perform demonstrations and trainings of hygiene and prophylaxis products
within the area of responsibility
- explore business opportunities and develop the sales of our complex dental products focusing on hygiene,
disinfection and prophylaxis
- develop and maintain positive and close working relationships with channel partners and local dentistry
professionals
- support our channel partners in their sales and marketing activities
- act as a speaker at product trainings, courses and webinars
- support scientific work
- provide on-site sales and project consulting for pilots and trials with product demonstrations
- report to the local Country Manager
- Requirements:
- Technical educational or sales background in IT, laboratory techniques, electronics or mechanics
- Strong experience in sales and establishing professional relations in the area of dental or medical technology through dealers and/or direct sales in a B2B-market
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, to grow sales and gain market shares
- Ability to build strong professional relationships through high inter-personal and social skills
- Strategic and result-oriented team player with a track record of success and ability to work independently
- Native level Russian and be fluent in English
- Must live in Russia and work from home office. Willingness to travel, including international travels, and valid driver's license essential
