- Conceptualize training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) and coordinate trainings & qualification in local languages for PT internal staff, PT customers (dealers/ users), and external services (promoters, merchandisers and demonstrators)
- Provide a link to access PT Academy, PT Forum and Encyclopedia of PT
- Initiate product launch and marketing concept related activities together with UJM
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements

**Qualifications**
- Very good product knowledge
- Adult learning experience
- Basic Marketing knowledge
- Good understanding of brand management and UX related information and purchase decision of target group
- Understanding of the digital landscape in relation to the target group
- Passion in execution
- Teamplayer
- Result oriented
- Strong user centred approach
- Good digital mindset
- Self-responsible
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Very good communication & presentation skills to present topic (product or other training content) to audience
- UX and Agile working methods
