The Trainer Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and assessing training needs.Experience in developing and delivering training programsKnowledge of training methodologies and techniquesStrong presentation and facilitation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of the logistics industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
