Product Trainer

**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**
- Providing clients about training and assistance for implementing CRM & Call Center systems
- Supporting and preparing CRM & Call Center training modules based on users needs
- Providing direction, input, and consultation about how to use CRM & Call Center systems, based on client SOPs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Having related working experience in CRM / HRIS / ERP for 1 year
- Strong management and public speaking skill
- Mastering product & system knowledge
- Positive Person Type and Passionate in Training and Development
- Highly motivated, independent and high integrity
- Willing to be placed in Grogol

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp4.500.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
