Production And Maintenance Manager

Minimum 5 years experience as Production & Maintenance Manager in the FMCG Industry
- Have Excellent Knowledge of ISO & 5S Implementation and standards related to food quality and safety (SNI, BPOM, HALAL)
- Experienced manage preventive maintenance

**Job Responsibility**
- Achieving all targets of the production process according to the predetermined schedule
- Supervision of all systems implemented in the production area, such as 5S, EHS, HACCP and ISO 22000:2018
- Implement health and safety guidelines in production areas and be able to achieve zero accidents
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of subordinate performance
- Manage the factory and all resource assets under its supervision
- Plan, prepare, implement and supervise factory operations effectively and efficiently
- Prepare an economical operational budget
- Determine production quality standards and required resource requirements
