- Lead and manage all operational and business related to program in Skill Academy
- Lead content operations, program officer to ensure the program runs well.
- Oversee and the administration process, so the data is well organized and complete
- Oversee the program and employee services provided to the participant.
- Make a daily, weekly, and monthly business & operational report to guarantee the availability of accurate, informative and well-documented reports.
- Supervise program plans and ensure their implementation can be carried out successfully according to the targets to be achieved.

qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
- 4+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)Preferably with project management/training experience and proven experience managing a team.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Have experience in building a project from ideation stage will be a big plus.
- Highly analytical and well organized.
- Strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.
