- Represent company brands in industry conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Provide guidance and maintain frequent communications with program partners.
- Analyze and troubleshoot program challenges.
- Develop best practices to improve overall program performance
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for programs.
- Plan and execute program activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct program reviews and prepare reports for management.
- Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minute.

qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Outstanding project management skills. Proven ability to set priorities, work independently and take initiative, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experienced in using Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slide, etc)
- Experience managing staff and working in a team-oriented manner to achieve program objectives
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
