Project Estimator

Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of a project, including obtaining permits, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management- Prepare and present project status updates and reports to management and clients- Coordinate with project team to assign tasks effectively and provide guidance and achieve successful project outcomes- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders- Ensuring timely updates and executing by utilizing AMODA for builders AppQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field- Have a project management certification such as PMP is a plus- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project estimator within the construction industry- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams- Proficiency in project management tools and related software- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, standards, and regulations- Result oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines- Used to handling various projects at the same timeApplication Question(s):- Do you often handle exterior projects?**Experience**:- project manager: 3 years (preferred)**Location**:- Jakarta (preferred)
