**Responsibilities**:
Resource Planning:
- Collaborate with team leads to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
- Continuously monitor resource availability and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage project vendors to beat the project timeline.
Task Management:
- Ensure that all scheduled tasks have clear deadlines and assigned team members.
- Regularly track and monitor task progress to identify any potential delays or roadblocks.
- Proactively communicate with team members to address any task-related issues and facilitate timely completion.
Project Meetings:
- Schedule, prepare, and facilitate project meetings, including creating meeting agendas and presentation decks
- Document meeting discussions, decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Send out meeting minutes after conclusion.
Communication and Responsiveness:
- Respond promptly to team members' inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Foster open and transparent communication to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
Deadline Management:
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time by proactively monitoring and managing deadlines.
- Identify potential risks or obstacles that may impact project timelines and prepare backup plans or take appropriate corrective actions.
Proactive Approach:
- Anticipate and proactively resolve complex technical risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure effectively.
- Good English. Ability to communicate in Cantonese is a plus.
