**_ The Role:_**:
**Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for** Project MEAL Coordinator who will be responsible for the on-going development, coordination, and implementation of the Project MEAL framework, in its contribution to the overall country MEAL Framework. He/she is likely to be involved in two or more specifics projects that have similarity in theme and/or program management

- A minimum of 3 years' experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and systems.
- Demonstrated high level analytical skills.
- Strong and high quality interpersonal, representation, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesia and English.

**Desirable**
- In depth understanding of community, regional and global development issues and their inter-relationships is desirable.
- Experience in facilitation of workshop, and mentoring support for capacity building of partners.
