**Your Focus**
As Project Portfolio Management Leader, you will be working closely with Regional and Country teams to identify opportunities for business growth. The role will need you to roll out strategies, coordinating projects and identification for future projects opportunities to ensure growth and business wins.
This position is Indonesia based and will report to Category Sales Leader.
**How You Will Contribute**
- Develop and drive the region growth strategy plans.
- Prioritize opportunities (SFDC) on multiple dimensions: size, profitability, potential growth, fit with current business etc.
- Track integration project and initiative execution at region milestone level.
- Facilitate cross fertilization product portfolio sales.
- Sales synergy tracking and reporting.
- Oversee Regional Key Customers management and Regional Key Account plans.
- Coordinating cross sub Regional Key Commercial projects and sales synergies.
- Coordinating Key Global Projects and the implementation in the Region.
- Lead to explore new business model and execution.
- Formulate specific go-to-market strategies for new growth initiatives.
**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant industry.
- At least 7-10 years' experience in Business Development space, experience in Food Service industry is a plus. Well-connected in the industry.
- Proven track record in sales account development, creating and delivering Commercial strategies to meet business objectives.
- Effective project management and execution skills, flexible and good agility in a global business environment.
- Ability to interact across levels in customer organizations, including Regional and Global team.
- Strong and effective communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a B2B environment with a positive, self-driven and result oriented.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access) and Salesforce.
- Excellent presentation skills for sales or brand concept delivery to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and a strong negotiator.
- High drive and self-motivated, positive mindset and a great team player.
- Willingness to travel.
