**Qualifications**:
- Minimal Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Manager B2B or B2G
- Good customers contact base for hotels, architects, property developers, commercial officials building, educational institution, café, and restaurants contacts will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated & able to work independently
- Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
- Accurate, initiative, meticulous and keen learner
- High Commission and Incentives will be given too
- Result orientation, and willing to work with target

**Responsibility**:
- To source for new customers, new projects, new opportunities, and contracts
- Measuring, Monitoring, and Improving Sales Pipelines
- Identify and Manage Prospects and Analyse Opportunities
- Plans monthly and yearly Sales Forecast
- Renew Existing Account
- To conduct product/business presentation and pitching for new customer/contracts
- To build good rapport and maintain good working relationship with customers
- To liaise with designers, architects, production, drafters ad contractors
- To seek for the right customers actively and to explore for marketing opportunities
- To provide customer-focuseed solutions and to meet the company's business goals
- To handle daily operational matters including preparation of quotations and tenders
- To develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and sales target
- Recruitment and Develop Sales Talent and Team
- Develop Sales System in Sales Project Division
- AR & Credit management
- Any other duties as and when assigned
**Salary**: From Rp18,000,000 per month
