**Job Descriptions**:

- Make FPB (Procurement Form) ATK (Office Stationery), record keeping, recapitulation and stock-taking of ATK.
- Create, distribute and filing correspondence (internal memo, letter to internal and external).
- Processing vendor invoice related to Estate Management.
- Processing payment of utility bills (Electricity, PDAM, and Telephone) of the office.
- Create a monthly work schedule for the Office Boy and Security Coordinator.
- Help prepare budgeting of Estate Management.
- Create weekly and monthly progress reports of Estate Management

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management Major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office).
- Having knowledge in the administration.
- Having knowledge to make Annual Budget.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
